Insurrection is determined to be a 25man raiding powerhouse. With this takes time, effort, and dedication.
Raiding Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday, with invites starting no later than 5:30pm ST, and we'll start wrapping up around 9:30-9:45pm ST, we might push a little harder on time depending on content, or desire.
Raiders are expected to make most raids. The officers understand that not every encounter requires 3 tanks, or a certain number of this class, or that class. So adjustments can be made. Fortunately with the flexibility Blizzard has presented us in the new buff system, we are able to bring the players that DESERVE to be there, as opposed to bringing the players we have to bring to account for this buff etc.
As soon as ALL-Guild 25man raids are underway, <Insurrection> will award items from raids based on a few factors judged by our loot council. First, needs of the guild. More elaborately stated, there are certain raid positions that must be geared more rapidly than others; Tanks and healers. Now this isn't to say that every item will be prioritized towards these two raid positions, but just that it will weigh in with the decision. The other major criteria for loot distribution will be performance. This is not to say that the top DPS will get whatever they want, or the top healer. Every aspect of raiding weighs with performance. From the time they log on (with notable exceptions), to how well they come prepared to raids, from knowledge of the encounters (Whether we have killed the bosses or not) to consumable preparation, and then finally the numbers. All of these factors will contribute to who gets what items.
On first guild run we downed 4 bosses in less then an hour and then cleared the obisidan sanctum as well, good job everyone, i just hope we will continue our streak in same manner.

So, the guild is in need of a banner, a banner that says BAM RAIDERS INC! If anyone is able to make us one, you'll get a little gift from shockfreak.
It shall fit the theme of the site
It shall say "Raiders INC"
It may have a slogan
It may NOT have pink on it.
Other than that its pretty much up to you.
